Dr. Voris McBurnette ’91 receives his first star as he is promoted to Brigadier General and assumes the duties of the Commandant of the Joint Forces Staff College, a part of the National Defense University. His promotion signifies the first Saint Augustine’s Army ROTC graduate to achieve this rank.
